We are delighted to enthusiastically announce a moment of great importance in the history of TecSA R&D: the start of the transfer of the first dynamometers to our new facility located in Viotto, in the province of Turin.
This significant step forward represents not only a major feat but also a fundamental turning point in our growth path and the expansion of our capabilities.
A cutting-edge laboratory
The centrepiece of this exciting initiative is our brand new laboratory, which will be considerably larger than our previous facilities.
In this space, we will have a dedicated area for brake testing machines that will allow us to conduct tests and analyses with the utmost precision and in complete safety.
This expansion will allow us to further improve the quality of services we offer to our many customers, enabling us to handle a variety of larger and more complex projects.
Efficiency and productivity at the heart of operations
One of the key points of our new facility is the presence of a warehouse adjacent to the laboratory. This innovative addition will ensure that all components required for our brake system tests are always immediately available. This means that we will be able to optimise our work processes, reducing downtime and improving the efficiency of our workflow.
In addition, this infrastructure will be crucial in preparing us for the integration of new dynamometers in the future, enabling us to be ready for more complex and exciting challenges.
The new laboratory will have an area dedicated to research and development, allowing TecSA R&D to develop new technologies to measure the efficiency and safety of braking systems.
The future of TecSA R&D
The transfer of the dynamometers is a small but very important and significant step for the growth of TecSA and TecSA Lab.
The new laboratory will in fact improve the efficiency and productivity of testing activities, offering customers an even more complete and reliable service.
“The move to the new facility is a strategic investment for TecSA,” said TecSA R&D CEO, Ph.D. Andrea Geuna. “The new laboratory will allow us to better respond to our customers’ needs, offering them high quality and increasingly innovative testing services.”
The relocation of the dynamometers will be completed during 2024 and the installation of a brand new bench for brake system emission analysis is already planned.
Stay tuned for further updates on our growth and innovation adventure! Our commitment to excellence in brake testing is now stronger than ever, and we can’t wait to share with you all the amazing results this new facility will enable us to achieve.
